The Prophet PBUH - The Best Husband - Mufti Ismail Menk
Very good video. I must say that I am truly impressed. This is a real sermon. I"m glad that I did not miss this. Words of truth and also funny too. Women and men, we are both flawed and imperfect and never too good to learn and be educated to make us better people. I think I just found a prophet that I will be listening to from now on.
I must say, so many people have strayed away from church and they admit that the reason why is because the church itself is full of people who are hypocrites. We go to church worried about who is dressed better than who, who looks better than who and call ourselves Christians and come out of church pointing fingers? I've seen it. I know that in life no people are perfect, but I would much prefer to hear the speech of a man who tries to practice what they preach and their sermon is not intended to put down certain classes of people or races of people, their sermon is to help educate people in a way to make them a better person.
I can respect this kind of person. His speech was right on point. This is the kind of speech that people need to hear. There are so many broken homes, broken families, that is why there is so much more problems with children and their behaviors.
People should never feel they are too much of a person or too big to learn from someone else, and we don't have to be the same culture either. I don't. When I find a person that I feel can help lead me in a positive direction, "i'm all ears". We need to take in words from the good and block out the words from the bad, those trying to lead us down the wrong road.
