Unit 6 - Buckwheat(The Rebel)
An old song I remembered and it has meaning if you listen to these words: A rebel "without a cause", a "rebel within the devil"??? A rebel without a soul. Think about that.
Thank you so much for finding this! I thought I was crazy and had just dreamed this song up because I couldn't find it anywhere and every time I would look I would find all kinds of Buckwheat Zydecko but no Rebel Within the Devil!
The song doesn't do as much for me now as it did when I was a kid but at least I know it exists now so thank you again!
How reality mirror music I actually knew somebody growing up whose nickname was buckwheat and the strange as this might be this song is him to the t. He had it all and he blew it in his case the streets definitely started winning and his head definitely started thinning which had him sick by the way and all of Mommy's money and all the cuties ran after mommy's money well they all went away and on into Oblivion he faded unless people want to make jokes and he was the reference point
